EDIT: I had some space left on the paper next to her hand and I felt it needed something there. It was bothering me, but I wasn't sure what to add there. I considered hair, grapes and leaves and leaves won. Also I noticed that her right eyebrow wasn't covered by the grape like in the ref., so I had to move her hairline on the right side closer. I played with the nose a bit to narrow it. probably all this is not very noticeable anyways.
